matt is healing well

So far, it looks like Matt won’t have to have surgery to repair his broken collar bone. He’s got another appointment with the surgeon in three weeks, and we’ll know for sure then. He’s been able to use his right arm a lot more lately, and is comfortable enough to sleep (finally!).
Our wonderful landlady, Mary, brought us over a basket with fresh preserves, apples, granola, and chocolate. I made an apple pie!
