The wedding was exactly what we hoped it would be; thank you so much for being a part of our special day. Wedding photos will be posted when we get back to Oregon.

Mr and Mrs Howe made it to Puerto Rico safely, and will post photos of the vacation rental and Old San Juan soon!

clean-up day on sunday

This Sunday at the cabin, the Fahlstrom’s will celebrate July birthdays and host a clean-up day as we continue to prepare for the wedding day (only two weeks two days away!).
Matt and I plan to head over Saturday afternoon to escape the heat (forecast says 100 degrees this weekend) and take a swim in the Santiam river. I’ll post pictures as soon as we get back Sunday night!

six weeks and three days away

We picked out Matt’s wedding band–as you can see, it’s super fancy. I love all the intricate little details; it’s really one of a kind ; )

My dress is fitted and ready to go, I’ll pick it up this Monday morning. My shoes will be ready any minute, and jewelry has been decided on: earrings from mom, bracelet from Matt, and a ring that was my grandfather’s (Elwynn Brogan). I think my aunt Elaine is going to make my bouquet for me on the day of, although I haven’t technically asked her just yet!

Matt and I will make at least one more trip out to the location soon so I can take some detailed pictures that will make it a little easier for you to find. I’ll also try and post some information about hotel/motels close by for those of you that don’t plan to drive home afterward.
